Zirqat GmbH ("Zirqat", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use our website, platform and related services.

1) What data we collect

  • Data you provide: name, company, email, phone; messages, demo requests; survey/feedback.
  • Data collected automatically: IP address, device/browser, time zone, page views, session metadata; cookies/SDKs (see Cookie Policy).
  • Business partner data: information shared during pilots, contracts or onboarding.

We do not intentionally collect special category data or children's data.

2) Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

  • Provide and improve the website/services (contract Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests (contract/legitimate interest Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
  • Send updates/marketing with opt-in consent (consent Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Security, fraud prevention, access logs (legitimate interest Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation Art. 6(1)(c)).

4) Data sharing & international transfers
